Terms of Service
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Honos platform at honosclub.com and of the Honos, Honos Pro and Honos Dispatch applications, operated by QMaster LLC d/b/a Honos, a New York limited liability company (“Honos”, “we”, “us”).
This English text is the legal original. The Russian and Spanish versions are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English text governs.
1. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, request work, sign an estimate or a service agreement, or take part in the loyalty program. By using Honos you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete the personal information, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.
2. What Honos is
Honos is a platform. The work is performed by independent service companies that have been admitted to the club. When you place an order, the agreement for that work is between you and the company that performs it. The company sets its prices, issues the estimate, does the work and answers for its quality.
Our part is the platform: your account, the ordering flow, the estimate and signature records, payment processing, and the loyalty program that spans the club.
3. Your account
- One phone number, one account. The phone number is the key to your account and to your points, and a second account on the same number is not created.
- Give accurate information. Estimates, receipts and warranty claims rely on it.
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- A company sees your information only after you join it, order from it, or give your details to it. Your history with one company is never shown to another.
4. Estimates, signatures and payment
- Work beyond diagnosis begins after you approve the estimate. The estimate shows the price before you agree to it.
- Signing with your finger on a screen is an electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and New York law, and has the same effect as a handwritten one.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
- A service fee, if charged, is credited toward the repair when you approve the work, as the company’s terms describe.
- Sales tax is charged where the law requires it and is shown separately on the estimate.
5. Loyalty points
- One point equals one U.S. dollar toward work with the company that issued the points.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not property. They are a discount the company offers on its own work.
- Points are earned and spent with one company; they do not move between companies.
- Points are tied to your phone number and are not transferable to another person, except by the company owner with a recorded reason.
- Points may expire, and the company tells you the term. We notify you before points expire.
6. Cancellations, rework and refunds
Cancellation, rework and refund terms are set by the company that performs the work, and are shown to you before you approve the estimate. Ask the company first; if you cannot reach an agreement, write to us and we will look at the record of the order.
A company that repeatedly fails its customers is removed from the club. That is the point of a club rather than a directory.
7. Messages
We send you text messages, email and push notifications about your orders and your points, through the channels you agreed to. Text messages are described in the SMS Terms. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP; the rest of the service continues to work.
8. Using the platform honestly
- Do not create accounts for other people or use someone else’s phone number.
- Do not attempt to obtain points other than by ordering work, inviting real people, or receiving them from a company.
- Do not interfere with the platform, scrape it, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules and cancel points obtained through abuse.
9. What we do not promise
We provide the platform as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error, and we do not warrant the work performed by an independent company — that work is warranted by the company that performs it, on the terms it gives you.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to us, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard by the state or federal courts located in New York.
Write to us before going to court. Most disputes are about a record we can show you: the estimate you signed, the photographs, the payment.
11. Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date. Material changes are announced in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use Honos after that means you accept the new terms.
